This was on a walk and the clouds were just so wow I had to take a shot and it goes with other shots i done,

Because .....

In the distance is the BMW factory, which was the Rover car plant...that makes the Famous MINI ...I prefer the BM's over the mini's anyday...lol

The title is because to get into this job now there is a waiting list, and if your not german you don't have no chance, unless through an agency...there are alot of young lads wanting to work here money is good, but I guess they will have to go to germany....they have a much bigger modern factory there..!!
